Recreational Youth Academy
Spring 2018
The RAGE Recreational Youth Academy provides a unique learning environment for recreational players to develop fundamental soccer skills. The goal of this Academy is to foster a passion for soccer and a greater understanding of the game while building a solid foundation of basic skills and technique. This training will add in elements to prepare young players for upcoming competitive placement (tryouts) for the 2018 season. Players are welcome to attend whether or not they are planning on trying out for a competitive team.
The Recreational Youth Academy is open to all RECREATIONAL children playing in the 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006 birth years. This is a great way for players to continue improving throughout the spring months.
Academy Trainers: Recreational Program Director (Megan Walinski) and RAGE Coaching Staff
When: March 26, 2017 – May 8, 2017 (6 week program)
60 minutes, once-a-week training session (total of 6 sessions)

RAGE proudly celebrates our seniors who signed their National Letter of Intent and will take their athletic, academic, and leadership skills to the next level as they move on to their chosen colleges and universities. These athletes gathered on February 7th to be honored for their commitment to play collegiate soccer next Fall.

The Rage 05 ECNL WIN!
The Rage 05 ECNL side finished atop a very competitive NorCal Premier league (Region 3/4/5) following a 1-0 win over Santa Rosa United ECNL. Rage got out to an early lead, beating the SRU back line followed by a beautiful finish within the opening minutes. Axel Thibodeau’s team staunch defending kept SRU off the board for the remaining 65+ minutes. The 05s finished 6-0-2 with an astonishing 31-2 goal differential and are off to compete in the always exciting State Cup season. Good luck girls!
